Jocelyn has more than 20 years of experience in residential renovation and real estate investing. She has a proven track record of turning distressed properties into high-value assets, with individual projects achieving increases up to 360% and an overall portfolio average of more than 240% after renovation.

Her expertise is centered on improving function, correcting underlying issues, and creating long-term value for homeowners and investors. Jocelyn leads design strategy and renovation planning, ensuring each project strengthens the property and supports strong financial performance.

Dana brings a background in tech sales, business development, and real estate investing.
